He had nothing to do with it. It was arranged primarily by S.Korea and China. Lavrov made a trip to Pyongyang to find out what was going on to avoid the appearance of being totally left out.

Donnie wins only by getting actual results.

Well, he wins with his base because foxnews will lie and claim he did something brilliant somehow. But really, merely appearing and meeting with a leader of the "axis of evil" isn't a photo-op in the real world
