Trump’s Bigger Problem Might Be with the IRS
June 14, 2018 at 10:20 pm EDT
By Taegan Goddard

“The New York attorney general sued President Trump and his foundation on Thursday. But his bigger problem might be with the Internal Revenue Service,” the New York Times reports.

“For example, the I.R.S. could seek to revoke the foundation’s tax-exempt status. The agency could even do so retroactively, which would stick the foundation with a corporate tax bill going back years… That is the sort of information that investigators would weigh in determining whether he should be charged with filing a false tax return.”

Said criminal tax lawyer Jenny Johnson Ware: “People have gone to prison for stuff like this.”

The argument ran forcing him to divulge his sources of income violated his fifth amendment rights of self incrimination. My understanding since then tax violations for this type of criminal have been adjusted. Trump is a modern day thug; money laundering, sexual predator, organized crime, traitor, and finally the worst person to ever hold any office in American history.

It was nothing more than a slush fund. A means to escape paying taxes and to use the money in the Foundation for any purpose that suited him.

He's the leader of the Executive branch and will claim he has the power to order them to stand down.

Another "Constitutional Crisis" on the way.

That the Trump Tax Returns for the last decade will be released by the IRS , revealing where and how those millions were spent. Trump does not want that to happen.

John Edwards was right. There ARE two Americas. There are laws for them, and laws for the rest of us.

Trump would have to pull a Bernie Madoff, which is to defraud other powerful billionaires & millionaires. Defrauding the government and the little people? No problem.

14. IRS won't do anything further to Trump. But that should be zero comfort to Trump.

Because Mueller already has Trump's tax returns, and has no doubt provided them to the NY AG and others as needed for the multiple state cases now in the works against the Trump Disorganization.
