President Donald Trump plans to put a 25 percent tariff on up to $50 billion of Chinese goods in response to alleged intellectual property theft.
The action threatens to ratchet up trade conflicts between the world's two largest economies, as Beijing has promised to retaliate.
Trade relations have suffered with major partners including China, Canada and Mexico.

I purchased a 4K 50 inch tv last Summer. I wanted to try an American One. Much to my chagrin the only mass produced tv made in America is made by Element but it is made from Chinese parts, and they didn't have one in the size I want. I ended up buying a 50 inch TCL ROKU 4K TV for $362.00, which is approximately what I paid for a 32 inch RCA tv in 1995.
