Like Rauner in Illinois being a toss-up. When Pritzker won his primary, he immediately opened as something like a 15-point favorite. Rauner is overwhelmingly hated by both parties.

Also Walker (WI) in the Republican lean category, he's also tremendously unpopular and Wisconsin Democrats have been winning special elections left and right, often by +20 point swings. At worst, that should be a toss-up.

Walker and the Republicans party got a firm grip on the media outside of Madison. Plus, they are handing out free money this summer ("tax rebates&quot to try to keep them in power.
