Why is everyone so scared or intimidated by Trump? He is nothing more than a bully and a coward.

Instead of governments doing it themselves, and thus exposing themselves to ridicule and condemnation, they can now count on supportive media owners to do it for them.

Mussolini used this tactic to great effect, as have authoritarians since then in "democratic" regimes.
