Court itself was responsible for the error in the Manafort case earlier this week that resulted in an accidentally unredacted document being published, briefly. Judge says it was not Special Counsel's fault.

So as it stands today,

Manafort mistakes = 1,382

Mr. Mueller & Co. mistakes = 0
