I suspect we will find out the girls and toddlers/babies are being farmed out to non-secular foster care organizations where they're probably either being used as a nice short term cash income for a "good family" - that also needs pliable help around the house, or to keep someone's foster/rehabilitation "non-profit" in the red with that sweet taxpayer cash.

If they're cute and healthy, the toddlers and babies will probably be put up with a for-profit adoption agency after a couple months if ORR has lost track of the now-deported parents.
