What ever happened to Patriotism?

My mother had her food and gas rationed during WWII, she purchased WAR BONDS on payday at the Munitions factory. She watched her husband go off to war and come back a broken man. She did all this because her country asked her too...and we cant get the Wealthy to shake loose 5% extra in taxes. It wouldnt change their lifestyle one bit...taxing Us...its gonna hurt. Why are we the ones who always have to feel the pain of sacrifice?

For our Congress to be full of millionaires while the middle class is shrinking is not patriotism.

For CEOs making 400 times the average worker and still complain about tax burden is not patriotism.
