It's an odd situation because the two Republicans and the two Democrats that were in the primary runoffs last month are on the ballot for the special election. The postcard came from the Democrat (Eric Holguin) that won the runoff.

There isn't a lot of publicity about the race. I'm also not telling my brother about the election so that he won't cancel my vote.
