Shooting at Sikh temple near Milwaukee

http://www.cnn.com/2012/08/05/us/wisconsin-temple-shooting/index.html

At least two people were wounded, one critically, and one person appeared to have been killed Sunday in an incident at a Sikh temple in the Milwaukee suburb of Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

Carolyn Bellin, a spokeswoman for Milwaukee's Froedtert Hospital, said one of two men brought there from the incident was in surgery early Sunday morning, while the other was in the surgical intensive care unit.

There was no immediate comment from law enforcement in the town, on the south side of Milwaukee. But at least one body was visible lying in the parking lot, and CNN affiliate reported that multiple people may have been shot.

Is this the work of some teabagger who was out to "kill himself some A-Rab towel-heads?"

(Reuters) - At least one gunman opened fire during morning services on Sunday at a Sikh temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, and remained on the loose inside the temple, possibly holding hostages, according to witnesses.

Police, ambulances and the fire department were on the scene at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin, located about 20 minutes south of Milwaukee. The dispatcher for Oak Creek Fire Department said first reports of the shooting came in about 10:30 a.m. local time (11.30 a.m. EDT).

"We do have a shooting," she said. "Our whole department is out there, and others as well." She did not have details on any possible victims.

Police officials declined to comment. It was unclear how many people may have been wounded in the shooting. But two witnesses said the shooter or shooters were still inside the building. Carolyn Bellin, spokeswoman for Froedhart & The Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, told CNN two men had been brought in and one was undergoing surgery.

Wonderful, peaceable people.

If the shooter(s) thought they were ridding the world of Muslims or Islamists, they are stupid as well as evil. Sikhism is its own way.

Gee, I wonder if they got their weapons from Badger Guns, the supplier to most of Milwaukee's murderers. A place infamous for supplying straw buyers fronting for criminals.

That's why. That shooter was shot by a policeman who was also shot (multiple times). Both the down policeman and shooter are at the hospital. Policeman is expected to be OK, despite being shot multiple times. Shooter's fate is unknown.

Since all indications coming out appear to indicate this was a well-planned assault, people are naturally assuming that the one known killer is probably similar to the other three- or however many they are.
