2. Well, just because someone alive today looks like someone

who lived in the past, is zero proof of reincarnation.

And as someone who actually believes in reincarnation, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it's not very likely that a Nazi propaganda minister would come back into a similar job in this lifetime. What I think you're seeing is two entirely different souls, with two entirely different histories, who happen to like somewhat alike. The karmic payback that Goebbels would have accrued would mean he'd be in a very different sort of circumstance, if he's even reincarnated at all this soon.

For those of you who are serious about this topic, I want to strongly recommend Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls, both by Michael Newton. And for those of you who absolutely don't believe in this, I am not trying to convince you of anything.
