is performance. Dump knows nothing, but he does understand PR and the power if images and tv . It's his reality show, and he writes a new episode everyday. And the nation responds to it everyday. He may be using this as an escape from that nasty Russian reality that lurks on the edges of what's left of his mind. But there's no denying that he is pulling the strings and the whole country is dancing to it.
