The other guest, Democratic Party strategist Joel Payne, happens to be black
Bossie criticized Michael Hayden for tweet with photo of concentration camp
Payne responded that Hayden, former head of NSA, was not a liberal
Bossie rejected that, saying Payne was 'out of his cotton-picking mind'
Bossie later tweeted an apology to Payne and to Fox News viewers
