Harley-Davidson said that the retaliatory tariff increase imposed by the EU goes from 6% to 31% and increases the cost of a motorcycle by average $2,200. That price makes their product non-competitive. Also, Harley-Davidson said they company can not absorb the cost as it would cause a total loss.

The fact that Trump doesn't understand that is evidence that he is not only stupid, but that he doesn't know how to run a company. But I guess he has already shown us that with all of his own failed businesses.
