If there isnt 100% turnout among Democrats in November then we deserve 4 more Gorsuchs on the SCOTUS

People failing to show up on election day to vote is what got us here and if they fail to show up again after living through this for 17 months, then we don't deserve anything better than Trump, it's that simple.

in modern day elections. If there was equal turnout of both Democrats and Republicans republicans would still win. They cheat. We don't. Blaming Democrats for not winning under these conditions is ridiculous. First the public has to understand the odds. Blame the leaders for not educating the public. 20 years ago I had no understanding of the lengths these crooks would go to. Expecting 100% Democratic turnout? SMH.

Who'd love to vote but do not have time because they work from the time the polls open until they close - and beyond. Absentee ballot information is kept quiet to keep people from using them. Some are felons who've long ago served and should have their rights back but are told they do not. And others still have employers who attempt to influence their vote to the point of people deciding it's easier not to vote. And still others don't have basic transportation to get to the polls.

Not everyone who doesn't vote is lazy or is to blame. Instead of placing blame maybe working a GOTV booth would be a better use of time. Volunteering to drive people to the polls. Working on combating voter misinformation with facts.

People in 3rd world countries make far more effort to vote that we do, people with much greater hardships find a way to vote, quite a few even risk their lives to vote.

Guaranteeing I'd miss any chance of voting. If you work 6-2 and are held at 2 to work until 10 when do you vote, especially if your employer says they'll allow it if they can find someone to cover you? I spoke out but others will always be afraid of losing a job.

Some do try.

absentee ballots seems to be in order. "Oh well, too bad" is not an acceptable answer. How much do people value freedom? People died and continue to die for freedom. Americans are too put upon to fill out a form and drop it in the mil?

More election officials are needed. I've heard people say they were turned away from the polls. I've had employers attempt to tell me who to vote for. I once had an employer, knowing my political affiliation, inform me the day before an election that I would be required to work from 6 am to 7 pm-open to close at the polls. I demanded my time off to vote but not everyone will out of fear of losing their job.

Yes,some are lazy and don't care. Others feel they have no choice. Yes,employers know they are required to allow you time to vote if you have an extended shift but some just don't care. At this level of poverty a CNA, a gas station attendant or a waitress is too afraid to rock the boat.

At one point I worked for the state of Missouri on a 6-2 shift and found out at 2 I would be held over for coverage on the 2-10 shift. I asked for time to vote and was informed I could do so only on my 30 minute lunch break. I know this sounds rambling but if a state job tries to deny voting rights just think about how hard it can be for someone working for a private employer.

Of course, there will never be 100% turnout, but saying they only win by cheating is nonsense. They turn out the vote consistently. We do not. We need to fix that.

who knows how many are fraud ballots? anyone can register someone online or fill out a registration card and change stuff, who knows? USA has 30 million who NEVER vote-

who knows if those names aren't used by fraudsters- carefully to give 10 or 20 votes needed to swing smaller districts?
