The USSC

let's say trump gets his way and packs the court with radical activists. We will get the exec and legislative branches back soon enough. Can't we just expand the court and nominate and confirm enough justices to better serve America ?

If not, can't we just impeach his appointees ?

What trump does is not permanent.

Per the article, nothing was unconstitutional with expanding the Court. It could be a useful tool depending on how radical the court becomes.
