We need to play the long game.

If November ends up with us losing again, and the Mueller investigation ends up being squashed by the GOP, what is our long game strategy?

We still need to work our asses off to try and restore parts of our democracy, but after the mid-terms if we have lost again, we need to realize that America as we know it is completely gone and cannot return.

This is the biggest thing to happen to this country in its history, so we need to play the long game. We need a plan past the mid-terms, past a potentially neutered Mueller investigation, past a complicit GOP and compromised/illegitimate President, past Putin's purchase of our democracy, of our country.

So my question is this: what is our long game plan? This is one of the most important questions of our time.

1. No W by the D's in November the country is finished and that's not hyperbole.

2. The DNC needs to get more radical in its approach to ensure that doesn't happen.

Schumer and Pelosi being critical of Waters is an example of precisely what Democrats should *not* be doing. Treasonous, racist liars who are actively destroying lives should be nonviolently shamed in public at every opportunity. And that's all Waters called for.

Run ads right now and through November making it clear that Republicans are committing treason.

Make sure Republicans own the white supremacy they've fomented. Run ads with quotes and a narrator stating after each quote "This is who Republicans are."

Hire someone to give a daily press conference to address the Republican lies of the previous 24 hours. This Orwellian Trump Administration requires extraordinary counter-measures.

Keep highlighting the fact that young children were taken from their parents and put in cages with no plan for reunification. Again, run ads with photos and videos of this tragedy. "This is who Republicans are."

Losing in November is not an option.

You have to be the hero you've been looking for. We are it. We don't have the luxury of asking someone else to be the one to care. If you can't run for office, get out the vote. Carry registration forms with you in your car, register every one you can. Re-registering republiconned is the most satisfying. GO!

I think we need to go farther. The problem with our politics is that it's run by big money donors like Bank of America, General Electric, Exxon, etc. We need to convince these donors that if they continue they will lose profits. We need to move our money out of the big 5 banks, and boycott other corporations that use donations to control our government.
