This starts an actual war between Yelp reviewers and the restaurants, which threatens the town. Eventually, the mayor of South Park works out a secret arrangement with the restaurant owners, to placate these Yelp reviewers. They set up a special award called the "Yelper's Elite." It is a badge the Yelpers wear to identify themselves at restaurants--so they get the special treatment they deserve. It's told in a way that only the South Park Studios can express it.
