Why would alpha male, macho Jim Jordan let the doctor keep abusing the kids? Dr. Feelgood???

My guess is steroids and painkillers.

Strauss might have been providing steroids and painkillers to Jordan and his wrestlers. Jordan is a macho asshole who will lie,cheat and bully to get what he wants. If the steroids gave OSU a competitive advantage and made the team and Jordan winners I believe he would have been all-in. Painkillers are addictive and will make even the most rational person do irrational things. Jordan certainly seems like a type-A personality who would be willing to sacrifice anybody (even innocent kids) for his own cravings,advancement and glory.

The doctor probably had the coaches over a barrel. I don't blow the whistle on you and you don't blow the whistle on me. He keeps the narcotics and steroid train rolling and Jordan and the head coach turn a blind eye to his abuse.He must have had leverage on them or else he would have been let go immediately.

Just a thought.

in on it, and took part himself. Not that it's bad...but it's bad in a locker room on campus. Parents etc. pay for a safe environment for their kids to learn and get to be better human beings. Jim is real sketchy when he speaks about this. I think it's just the beginning. myself. The 'nads on this guy to be getting personal w the FBI guy. Wow. Superior....stupidity.
