Money's on Kavanaugh, whose official position is that the president is above the law. For those who think abortion is a single issue to stand and, now, die on, ALL the named candidates will vote to repeal Roe. And at some point they will decide whether life begins at conception, or at some other point, and thus where murder charges will become applicable.

The battle goes on. Our revolutionary war went on for 9 years. No one these days will have to face starvation or death by freezing or disease. This is an armchair-to-polling-place war.
