Spanky took a different entrance into NATO meeting and missed a chance at a red carpet entrance?!

That is a sure sign that he is only there to begin the process of breaking up NATO. Missing a chance.for attention and a photo-lo? Only in extreme cases does he miss a chance at that ! This whole thing sucks large.
