There is no way that Tim Ryan is capable or experienced enough to be the Speaker of the House. He might fit his district, but for the nation he's quite clueless.

I am very grateful for all that Nancy has done.
There just comes a time for us all.
We need younger more relatable leadership.
The demographics of the new person aren’t important.
The energy level and age are.

However, I agree we should wait until after the midterms to discuss this and any potentially divisive inter party stuff. We need all oars rowing 🚣‍♀️ the same way until November.

believe is counter productive.

Not because I don't think they shouldn't be challeneged, because I have no problem with that, but it is an unecessary divisive issue at this time, and we can deal with that after the midterms.

The only thing this has the potential to do is create infighting among Democrats, and we can do that after the midterms. Let's get the majority in the House and Senate, and then I say let's go after each other all we want, whether it is leadership or ideological approcahes

Even the OPs comment that he was not impressed with Ryan kind of proves my point, it has the potential to create unecessary infighting, and let's do that after the midterms

where his district/county went narrowly for Trump. A speaker must be in a super safe district...because the nature of the job drives down approval ratings.
