MSNBC must have made a deal with the GOP candidates

Chris Matthews is never allowed to be there to ask questions when any of them are on live. He can be on before. And he can be on right after they are on. But not at the same time.

Has anyone noticed this?

I'm just guessing, of course, but if the candidate says something that then goes viral I bet he'd want it as obvious as possible that it happened on his show and not Hardball.
