Have we reached the point where racketeering charges are justified?

Racketeering charges pull in Nunes, Ryan, NRA, etc.

One being obstruction , money laundering , election crimes, and some it will be treason. Organized criminal activities they can use RICO to not only get them indicted, but to use to get all their money and assets too.
