...discussions like this are a futile waste of time.
Consider, too, that "impeachment" is not synonymous with "removal from office."
For THAT to happen there'd have to be a TWO-THIRDS majority in the Senate to agree.
We can waste a LOT of energy and political capital circling around this stuff.
The reliable (and ACHIEVABLE) remedy is two-fold:
One: Put all our energy into winning a substantial House majority in the midterms. Then SHUT DOWN as much of the damage as possible using that, and begin working on voting rights, a valid census, and ending gerrymandering.
Two: Win the 2020 General Election and boot [Redacted] and all his nasty little thugs out of office, and start holding hearings and holding people accountable.
