Initially, it is an reply a made on another thread. However, In the light of what's going on right now, I believe a dedicated OP is worthy. OP on which I replied :

Until you'll have again a real President, sadly EU sees the US as a threat to the world stability. And still, even headed by a serious and a competent President, it will take decades before the US will recover from the damages Trump inflicted to the country.

No one is an island. Republicans should have remembered it. In the name of antediluvian governance they tried to maintain at all costs, they only managed to isolate the USA. Even worse, from American power and driving force of the modern world, which everyone took as a reference, they made a pariah of it at the nation's bench.

Many were looking at me as if I had lost my mind. They couldn't understand why I suddenly became very concerned by US politic and why I am deeply anxious.

It is probably not striking as I am mostly light-toned and do not take myself seriously anyway, however I am deadly serious regarding current events. I also will put all my efforts as a world citizen, no matter how weak, at your side to help you fight the Hydra which threatens us all. Thankfully, you have noticed I am not the only one.

Today, as by coincidence, many officials, at any level have something to say on such or such event which would concern trade, Human Rights, violation, interference in foreign countries politic, and on...

Except one or two topics, all are pretty much obscure ones that won't make the headlines. While important to the citizen, they are rather technical and specialized. As a result, few people will care about them. Curiously, this morning, media are very verbose even making efforts to popularize some particularly unclear information...

A small non-exhaustive list:

- Trade and agreements with China and Japan (again, I am talking about the technical part, not carefully written press releases aimed at the audience)

- Everyone suddenly remembers flight 117 pointing to Russia,

- Suddenly, some obscure but official EU institutions express themselves in bulk: on the international court of justice, young people, persecuted people, links with NATO, the Pacific, South America, ... It's barely if we don't get out a Martian or some other alien, one remembers rigorous principles in ecology, agriculture, law, equality, in short, almost anything Trump has trampled down coldly !

Of course, the Brexit which is going around all over the place and of which I'm almost certain it will pass through (good news!)

Overall, all these subjects managed to point barely disguised to Trump...

It's not a coincidence. It's a message that's being properly delivered.

So if Republicans needed to be proven the illusion of being able to impose their Ukases to the planet now exists only within their heads, here it is!

1. Putin's Trump-bomb warfare created an international awakening.

Unless he wanted to clarify things for most of the planet, his parading of his control over the person he managed to install as president of the United States at this "summit," and the threat his use of the Trump bomb poses to many nations, was a bad mistake. He should have stuck to exporting delusion and illusion.
