it's pretty impressive to see them all lined up there - and I'm sure I missed some.

with close to half of the population of this nation also in favor of legal medical marijuana (based upon the laws of the 16 states and D.C. that have passed laws legalizing cannabis for medical use) it's harder and harder for the D.E.A. to insist on what is, honestly, an unsupportable position.

hope 2012 is the year a state goes totally legal.
