Can we RICO the NRA?

Seriously, they are complicit in four Federal election felonies for funneling money to four senators illegally, now the Russian spy they were helping. Can't we just RICO the fuckers out of existence?

Who is going to direct the DOJ to do this, do you suppose? I have no authority to do anything like that. So, who does? Think about that and get back to me.

That their dues are being augmented by Russian organized crime.

If that’s good with them or they don’t see the problem, the same notification should also point out that Russia doesn’t have a second amendment. They don’t believe in the general, private ownership of firearms. Russians can legally buy a hunting rifle if they pass a background check, and that includes “pneumatic” weaponry, ie BB guns.

It’s a kleptocracy so there are still lots of firearms of varying legality, but, much like Mexico, they still don’t let anyone who wants to buy an Uzi and just go to Ivan’s House of Semiautomatic Weaponry and fill a shopping cart.

even if he doesnt flip, his files have got to be full of evidence of mob crimes.
roll them all up, put a cohen bow on it.

maybe the nra is in there somewhere.
