the speaker is supposed to be leader of the entire House. Therefore, the partisan leader of the majority party is someone else. The Speaker doesn't even have to be a member of Congress.

But it does make me think if he’s going to presume to be a leader the media ought to hound him a lot more. They should be forcing him to go on the record reguarding all the bullshit Trump is doing now.

We hear from Ryan’s shitty ass every week , but we know his responses don’t mean anything because he’s checked out. He got the tax cuts for big money donors so nothing matters to him.

Sure Kevin will be awful too, but it’ll give voters a clearer picture of who they’ll see leading the house if they decide to stay home in 2018.
