Myself and a friend have a little bit of disposable income.

We are giving to the local free clinic in our area and the rest we will direct toward PAC's and individual races.

What site should we use to target close races? Any info is appreciated. We will not be donating in the primaries. This is for the general.

Nelson of Florida will get maxed out. That is all we know at this point.

Nelson truly needs all the help he can get with Scott funded by 50% more than him and spending $50 million on lying ads.

While we are going to spend some elsewhere, we just decided we are going to step away from the office to put time in for Nelson. It's our backyard. We are worried about his seat.

... is also a Carey PAC that's supposed to collect money for the GE candidate. Everything they're raising for KS-03, for example, is being held until the primary is over, though since only one is running in KS-02 against the R incumbent, they're suggesting people wanting to volunteer/call focus on KS-02 for now even if they're in KS-03.

If you want to wait until all primaries are over before donating because they were hoping to give money to incumbent Dems in districts they identified as needing to be held yet there are still primary challengers, you might see a race nearby you could do non-monetary support for.

I still think their idea is great, even if because you don't want to mess with primaries you might want to wait until primaries are over before donating directly to them. You might find some unchallenged Dem incumbents in narrow races, narrow races where the primary is over, or unchallenged Dems running against an R you like, for direct donations, through their site though.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
