What would be the charges against Don Jr??

He is reported as saying that he would "love it" if the Russians would send "dirt" on Hillary Clinton. He appears to be the one that set up the meeting in Trump Tower? No doubt, he was a willing gopher for his father. He was willing to do anything, legal or illegal, to please him.

He probably knows everything that was going on within the Trump Foundation and the Trump family? What charges could he face?

the election functions of the state and federal governments sounds like treason to me. Colluding with Russians to disseminate illegally obtained private information sounds like conspiracy to me. Working within an organization the commits money laundering and other forms of tax fraud sounds like a RICO charge to me.
