1) The FBI started the investigation well before the Dossier ever came to be.
2) Trump was informed in person by the FBI that the Russians were trying to infiltrate his campaign. This was well before the Dossier.
3) Since Trump did not tell the FBI about the Trump Tower meeting with the Russians and the planning meeting before that, you're also guilty of Lying to the FBI and Conspiracy.
4) Even if Peter Strzok hated Trump, everything he did had to get multiple layers of approval within the FBI, and the FBI as a whole leans Republican/conservative.
