21. Joe Biden has come so far in my estimation.

Back in the 80's, I knew him only as some bland dishrag of a Senator who had to bow sheepishly out of the Presidential race under accusations of plagiarism.

By 2008, I knew a lot more about him, and started to think the world of him. And having as he does Barack Obama's complete trust, I think our country (lucky Delaware) is very fortunate to have him as a public servant.
