We find ourselves in a similar situation in a number of major races in Florida. Some of the state races are going to be more difficult in these southern states and the blue wave will be less recognized. Probably a little hard to understand if you aren't from this region of the country. This race, along with the FL Governors race and FL Senate race have me worried. We need these wins.
Out of state money is going to rule the day in these races. We have to fight back hard. Not just say "it's not our state".

(151,269 posts)Jason Lewis in a neighboring district in my state. He's vulnerable and the district is flippable. My resources are limited, and I'll be putting them into more local elections.

(30,481 posts)Spread it around. I'm thankful to be able to spread it around a little more than in previous years. I also have someone else with a considerable amount they want help allocating. I understand your resources are limited. Most of our resources are.

(30,481 posts)This is going to be an extremely difficult race with a lot of funds coming from out of state. Most will be used to suppress the vote by way of third party(not political party) funds.
I don't recall saying she was in a bad position with respect to raising funds. Not sure where you got that from.
Without the funds to help I'm not sure what your concern is. Strange thing to think money doesn't matter because she is in a good position. The party and other groups will be helping a lot.
