I voted today in the AZ Primary.

It was amazingly easier than the primary in 2016. Somehow, someway the idiot AZ SOS, Michelle Reagan, fixed the mess she created in 2016 when the lines were so long we gave up voting in the primary.

Early voting started 8/1, and continues up to the primary on 8/28. You can walk into any primary location (just about every large city has one) and scan your DL to get a ballot printed out. YES, a PAPER BALLOT. process took less than 15 minutes.

I urge EVERYONE in AZ, and other states that have early voting, TO DO SO ASAP. They are paper ballots, not electronic. While this is only a primary, it appears that the brutal criticism of Reagan 2 years ago has forced some positive changes to the system.

BTW, I voted for Kyrsten Sinema to take over the phony Flake senate seat. FLIP THE SENATE!!!

Any primary location in your city, the ballot you need is printed up, you mark it, and it's run through the reader. It's been that way at least since I moved here in 2008.

I'm hoping that in the November general election it will work the same way: any voting location, they print up the ballot you need. It's the only thing that makes sense.

And other than having a Republican Governor (blame that on more Democratic screw-ups than you'd care to read about) this is a very Democratic state.

Republicans cut early voting to 10 days to eliminate some Sundays. But even with that discipline by democrats can beat them.
