(1,070 posts)I stand with everyone else in defiance against 45 on every last one of his idiotic policies. All of you have my full support on whatever issue that you find to be of note to the average citizen. I know there is a lot wrong with this administration.
I could go on and on about everything that I find wrong with 45, but that would make me so mad. I would go off on a tangent, and not many people would want to see that. I have to leave things like this.

(6,131 posts)No mystery. He cheated just like he has done with every other enterprise in his life. The Russians figured it out and that was how they knew he would accept their help. Yes, there were lots of people who voted for him but lots more didnt. So we find ourselves in the sad position of having someone in leadership who is unfit in every way possible to be our leader. And now to cap it all off, we find that the people who should be providing a remedy to the problem, a check on his off balance leadership, are abdicating their duties to the people.
No wonder so many of us are angry and distressed. This is the kind of stuff that made people throw tea in the harbor, take up arms to fight for their freedom and demand a change in governance. tRump has no idea what he has triggered in the people of this country who despise him and the leadership he is trying to force upon us. No earthly idea. The Republicans in Congress better pay attention, too. When the natives get restless and the Tom Toms start beating, they might have no jobs come November.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
