and considering that Papodopoulos wasn't very helpful generally and it took 4 proffers for the info on this professor to come out, which gave him a chance to leave the country, I don't know why Mueller is only asking for 0-6mo. jail time.

The sentence proposed is too light given the narrative unless P eventually provided something significant.
