1) who the hell decided to pull this fossil out of the B movie bin?
2) more importantly, are our memories so short we forgot who Chuck Norris is and what he has said?
Norris is a far-right religious wingnut tinfoil hat conspiracy theorist that pushed ridiculous conspiracies like Jade Helm and chem-trails
Toyota should NOT be giving this dangerous idiot airtime or normalizing him in any way.

Nothing wrong with a political discussion or disagreement but that is not what this is.

(14,565 posts)I nearly fell over in a seizure of laughter when I saw Chuck Norris walk into the Barbary Coast sportsbook in Las Vegas maybe 15 years ago.
He was barely visible above the counter.
I was literally wobbling on jello legs. Friends had to help me compose myself. This is the all-time tough guy, the one responsible for all those wild memes?

(38,312 posts)My kids always speak of Chuck Norris sarcastically or ironically, and they can be as mean and as cynical as I am.
It's not like Chuck Norris is President of the U.S.A., not like some vile presidential Hollywood trash we will not name.
Or Ronald Reagan.
Chuck's public persona is a plastic action hero, like G.I. Joe or Dwayne Johnson.
There nothing unforgivable about that. Give a Hollywood working stiff past his prime a break.
We can't all be geniuses.

That vile Hollywood trash we will not name started out as a seemingly harmless fringe idiot that no one took seriously.
