4. It's not just being done to him,

it's being done to the entire intelligence community. Removing someone with his experience and knowledge that could be useful in a time of crisis is a danger to all the USA.

If keeps doing this to others, we'll have a good idea of one of the things he spoke to Putin about in the private meeting. This is a dismantling of our intelligence capabilities.
