Is Montana's Gov. Steve Bullock in anyone's thoughts for President or VP?

He pulled off a pretty impressive feat -- getting reelected Governor in the same election where 70% of Montanans voted for Donald Trump.

1. Not until this past week.

He's my governor, was AG before that. He got us expanded medicaid in spite of the stingy R legislators who denied it many times. He's been a good governor, I think I like him better than his predecessor. I'm Sure he'd be up for it if he decided to run. I suspect he will make a run for it, he's at least thinking about it.

2. I read that he was in Iowa recently.

I would certainly consider him and he does have some appeal since he is from one of the flyover states.

3. He is a new face to me. Anyone who expands Medicaid in a red state is worth looking at

4. I'd rather see him run against Steve Daines.

A pick up in the Senate from a red state would be awesome. A successful presidential run seems unlikely.
