There is no federal law under which a violation thereof results in "the president is removed from office".

And if you want there to be one, then please name the federal district court judge who is to be given this interesting power.

against Trump and the entire republican party would be justifiable. At least 65 million Americans were cheated in the 2016 Presidential election.

other than resignation, his death or his term expiring, of course.

it may be possible for him to be indicted (not clear, never happened), tried (not clear, never happened), and sentenced (not clear, never happened) all while still president.

it may even be possible for the president to be incarcerated while technically still in office. at some point you'd think congress would impeach no matter how loyal....
