but once you've been pardoned you can't plead the fifth because you can't incriminate yourself.
By the time it gets to that #CheetoBenito may not be the President; so that could be fun.

ever see a night outside a prison cell again, he was a flight risk and accused of witness tampering so being pardoned for one, he would have to be pardoned for both and I think there are more charges to come so... probably not going home again.

In which case, Manafort would be released.

George H W Bush pardoned Caspar Weinberger for charges that were still pending against him in Iran Gate. He pardoned others too, but I'm not sure if the others were pardoned for pending charges.

6. I don't think there are at this time - although at least New York State has him under investigation.

He could face state charges.
