There are 2 people who could stop, slow, insist on documents, etc re: the Kavanaugh nomination and it would screech to a halt: Collins & Murkowski.
Neither have done so.
Collins seems borderline enthusiastic after yesterday's 2-hour "settled law" powwow; Murkowski tomorrow.
