Surely he can provide evidence and testimony that Donnie has been a crook and a tax cheat for ages, and probably that there were some election finance law violations.

Not yet clear he can show that the election was actually stolen.

I think it was Dilanian who said that Weisselberg wasn't cooperative with the GJ. Presumably that's why he was given immunity, to force his testimony.
