I lived in a very wild area where there was a farm nearby with plenty of barn cats. One was enjoying a mouse on my porch one morning when a young mule deer buck came cautiously closer to the cat out of curiosity. Just as the buck got close enough to take a quick sniff, the cat faced the buck and hissed, that buck went bounding out of there like a bolt of lightning had struck next to it! I laughed so hard.
