... or Courts of felony shall not be given Federal honors on death. Word it some way so that it applies to Citizen Vain even if he resigns. Make it apply to anyone who is pardoned even without conviction. I don't know how it could be done, but it needs to be done.

Nixon's family, probably at his request, refused to allow him to lie in state.

Trump's family better do the same. It would set a terrible precedent if protestors desecrated the coffin.
