YES!!!!!! Rachel FINALLY mentioned that the Cohen plea deal
explicitly reserves the right of the prosecutors to still go after him under the RICO statutes, i.e, RACKETEERING.
I kept hearing people say that SDNY was done with him, that he wouldn't be prosecuted by them for anything else, and I kept thinking, "but what about that sentence about the RICO statute?"
Finally someone confirms I didn't misread it.

18 U.S.C. 1961 is a racketeering statute. IOW, they seem to be reserving the possibility of prosecuting him for racketeering.
Or am I misreading that?
Also, reading the plea agreement itself, there appear to be several possible OTHER participants in what looks like a campaign-finance conspiracy, including the news media corporation, an agent, an editor, and "the company" that reimbursed Cohen and even paid him a "bonus" -- i.e., the Trump corporation.
I wonder if any of them are facing charges now.
