They are so sneaky! A roommate of mine had a ferret, and that ferret used the narrow gap between the heating pipes to escape from our apartment into the apartment next door. A girl was in there taking a nap when she awoke to find the ferret on her chest. She carried him back to us. I think she wanted to keep him. We got really lucky that she liked ferrets.

My daughter's ferret, LIttle Bear, dragged a big shoe down two fights of steps to the room we keep them in at night. The kitten and I followed him the whole time. Hilarious!
