As with everybody else who's ever worked in that WH, he needs to get out of there ASAP in order to salvage whatever shreds of a reputation he might have left.

.... through the confirmation process to get these Fascist young judges parked on the courts for life time appointments.

For generations these extreme Right Wing judges will be in the bench taking a machete to civil, constitutional, labor, and other rights of the 99%.
