Then there's his going along with the document dump ... needlessly
They know somethings up with Kavanaugh and making him reveal it to the public pretty good by looking overtly off kilter when those subjects are brought up.

(29,222 posts)My guess is that the other party to the conversation may testify the Kavanaugh said "the Supreme Court should not intervene if Trump fires Mueller" and "if a question comes to the court about the investigation, I would not be in favor of getting involved.. and I think the decision in US v. Richard Nixon was wrongly decided"
