... is presenting himself pretty decently in regards to law except on a couple of issues were he's NEEDLESSLY avoiding

Then there's his going along with the document dump ... needlessly

They know somethings up with Kavanaugh and making him reveal it to the public pretty good by looking overtly off kilter when those subjects are brought up.

My guess is that the other party to the conversation may testify the Kavanaugh said "the Supreme Court should not intervene if Trump fires Mueller" and "if a question comes to the court about the investigation, I would not be in favor of getting involved.. and I think the decision in US v. Richard Nixon was wrongly decided"

as the repugs have the votes to ram him through.

This is probably what she has on him.

It's about his opinion that presidents should be able to stop prosecutions etc.

Kamala's got some goods on Kavanaugh, IMO, and got him to give a solid "No" to any discussion of Mueller's probe with DJT attorneys. It's on the record now, and hopefully will come back to bite him in the ass.

the pubs are going for a vote on 9/20, and at this point, I don't see him being defeated.
As I've said time and again, the time to stop him and the infant idiot in the WH has come and gone.
